The Turkey Shootout has become one of the finest Recreational Tournaments in the State of Oklahoma featuring competition for Recreational and Academy teams.

U6 $200.00
U6 will play a festival format with no semi’s or finals. All players participating will receive awards.

- Notarized Medical Release form for all players on roster (no exceptions)
- Download US Youth Medical Release Form HERE

Official Roster stamped by State or Country Association

Official Player passes (Traveling Rec Only)

Copy of birth certificate for each player
