How to Become a Referee:
To become a referee in Oklahoma, you must first attend an 09 Recreational Referee Course. There is no age requirement to attend the 09 course, but it is recommended that the candidate be at least eleven years of age. The class is nine hours in length and a 50 question multiple choice, true/false test will be given at the completion of the course. The candidate must pass the test with a 75% score. Candidates will leave the course as registered referees with the appropriate badge (09 or 08).

2011 Online Registration for Referees Recert Pre-Test a Requirement prior to Recertification
Registration for 2010 has closed. If you have not registered by now, you must attend a recert class in the fall and register for 2011. You will not be able to referee until January 1, 2011. To register online you will need your USSF ID# and password which is mailed to you in August. Online Registration
Pre-Test - Taking of this 30 question pre-test is a requirement prior to attending a recert clinic. Use the test to prepare for the recert exam. Answers to the test are found on the next page. Pre-Test, click here
Registration fees for 2011: (includes a $5 state assessment for recertification courses)
Referee Fees: 09 - $45; 08 - $45; 07 - $50; State - $80; Emeritus - $80
Instructor Fees :RYRI and Associate - $45; Instructor - $50; State - $80
Assessor Fees: Associate - $45; Referee - $50; State - $80
Assignor Fees: $15
Late fee of $10 applied after January 1, 2011.
Deadline: January 1, 2011 - after January 2011, add $10 late fee for every position (instructor, assessor, etc.)
